Founders & Directors
Both Marcia and Ed have been volunteers in prison ministry since 1993. In 2013, they became the directors of Leading Inmates in Faith and Education, Inc. under the auspices of the George M. Leader family. They reside in Newville, Pennsylvania, where the L.I.F.E. headquarters is also located, and are the parents of two adult children. They now attend a house fellowship of Christian believers.

Mr. Steven Minnich
Steve has served on the LIFE Board since 2015. He and his wife, Norma, hail from Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania and are the parents of four children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grand children. Steve has also volunteered as facilitator in our LIFE classes at FCI Schuylkill and SCI Frackville. Their church is the Bethel Evangelical Congregational Church, which supports LIFE, Inc.
Mrs. Tessa Blosser
Tess is the youngest member on the LIFE Board. She is our web master and is responsible for the design and updates of the Reentering Life website. She and her husband, Eldon, are houseparents at Milton Hershey School, in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They attend the Hershey Presbyterian Church.
